A Convention of Colored Men
Is called to meet at Adrian, today, the 31st, to discuss and adopt measures as will better advance their interests in both State and Nation, at the same time to pledge their whole support to the Government, both physically and morally. The Proclamation of Emancipation is to be celebrated tomorrow, the 1st of January, 1864. J.M. Langstron, Esq. of Ohio will deliver an oration suitable to the occasion.
