NEW BRIDGE

A new bridge was erected across the Race, (Monroe Street) on the 3rd inst., in which the contractor, Mr. S.V. Cook, made excellent time. Teams crossed on the old bridge up to 9 o.clock in the morning, and before 9 in the evening they were crossing on the new bridge.
