“The Great Lakes Report” has been released in the 2008 draft format and is available for inspection by the public either online or at the Ellis Reference and Information Center, 3700 South Custer Road, Monroe Michigan. The report may be viewed during regular branch hours, Monday through Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Friday and Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The full title of the report is “Selected Information on Chemical Releases Within Great Lakes Counties Containing Areas of Concern.” The report has been issued under the auspices of the CDC, Center of Disease Control, specifically the ATSDR, Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry. The document is dated April 30, 2008.
ASTDR is soliciting comments on the report. All comments must be submitted in writing. ATSDR will accept written comments from the public until June 30, 2008.
