The Newport Branch Library and the South Rockwood Branch Library buildings are owned and maintained by Berlin Township. The Berlin Township Board administers the township's budget for these buildings. The Monroe County Library System provides the staff, computers, books, and other library materials. Any circulating materials may be delivered to this community library for pickup by requesting them to be sent to Newport. The Monroe County Library System Online Public Access Catalog allows for request to be submitted as long as a library card and pin number are used.
